Planned Outage

Planned Network Outage, Jan. 4 and Jan. 5, 2018

The Office of Information Technology will be performing equipment software upgrades on Thursday, January 4, 2018 and Friday, January 5, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. This maintenance will result in fifteen-minute Internet outages both days, and a simultaneous fifteen-minute outage of on-campus network services (i.e. Banner, myBama) on Friday. All services should resume by 6:15 a.m.

Banner Planned Outage – Dec. 17

The Office of Information Technology will be implementing a Banner upgrade on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2017 from 4:30 a.m. – 7 a.m.  myBama will be available during the upgrade, but channels that connect to Banner will not be accessible, including self-service and administrative systems. myBama, Banner and Other Services Unavailable Sun. Oct. 22

The Office of Information Technology will install the quarterly Oracle patch on Sunday, October 22nd, from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. The following services will be unavailable during the installation period: Appworx, BITPRD, Banner, CEME, CENSUS, Crystal Report Server, Degree Works, myBama, OIRA, PCR and SiteFile.
