Banner Services Unavailable Sunday, July 29 from 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

The Office of Information Technology will be implementing a Banner Bundle upgrade on Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.  myBama will be available during the upgrade, but channels that connect to Banner will not be accessible, including self-service and administrative systems. June 17, 2018 – Network Upgrades

Sunday, June 17, 2018 OIT will be performing upgrades to the network. Users may notice a brief drop in network connections during the maintenance window from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. If you experience any connection issue after 8:00 a.m., please contact the IT Service Desk at 205-348-5555.

Turning Technologies Maintenance – June 16, 2018

Turning Technologies will undergo necessary maintenance Saturday, June 16, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m. This maintenance is expected to run throughout the day, and it may cause intermittent outages. During any outages, access to both TurningPoint accounts and TurningPoint mobile responding will be unavailable. Students will be notified that an update to the TurningPoint app is required upon opening the app.

myBama, Banner and Other Services Unavailable Sunday, June 24, 2018

The Office of Information Technology will install a quarterly Oracle patch on Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 5:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The following services will be unavailable during the installation period: Appworx, BITPRD, Banner, CEME, CENSUS, Crystal Report Server, Degree Works, myBama, OIRA, PCR and SiteFile.
