ITSD Ticket Monitoring Page

OIT has developed a new webpage where students, faculty and staff can submit and also monitor requests with the IT Service Desk. To access the page, visit and click the Tech Tab. Visit the link at the top right of the page titled “Submit Service Request and Check Ticket Status.” On this page, users can submit new requests to the IT Service Desk and also monitor existing requests. Users can also email to submit requests. Remember to provide as much detail as possible in your request so our team can work quickly to resolve your issue!
