Faculty and staff retirees may continue to use their UA Exchange email after retirement. This also applies to retirees with the distinction Professor Emeritus. If preferred, retirees can also have their UA Exchange mail address forward to a personal email address. If you need help forwarding your UA Exchange email, please contact our IT Service Desk.
Any staff or faculty member who voluntarily or involuntarily terminates employment, and is not eligible for retirement, is no longer eligible to utilize a UA Exchange mailbox. Staff accounts are deactivated the day after termination is effective. Faculty accounts are deactivated six months after termination is effective.
