BioRender is a professional scientific illustration platform that enables researchers, educators, and students to create high-quality, publication-ready biological diagrams. Using BioRender, users can quickly design complex visuals— such as cell signaling pathways, molecular structures, and experimental setups—without requiring advanced graphic design expertise.
How to Obtain BioRender
Access is managed through myBama. Log in with your University of Alabama credentials to activate your institutional account. Contact ykim@eng.ua.edu for assistance.

BioRender is available at no cost for University of Alabama faculty, staff, and students.
