Reporting Phishing Emails in Outlook

Reporting messages as phishing using the report button in your Outlook instance helps OIT prevent further spread of phishing attempts across campus and protects others from falling victim to the scam.

Outlook Desktop Mac

1. Open the message full screen.
2. From the Message menu, choose Report > Report Phishing.

Outlook Desktop PC

1. Open the message full screen.
2. From the Message menu, choose Report > Report Phishing.

Outlook Webmail

1. Open the message full screen.
2. From the top menu, choose Report > Report phishing.
