What our customers have to say.

“In order to increase transparency and accountability in state government, each state of Alabama institution is required to post monthly expenditures openly via a website. Because of OIT’s help and intervention in creating open.ua.edu, the UA System Office is now compliant with this requirement. Andrew Beeson provided us with exceptional customer service! Not only did he quickly deliver results, but also he took time to thoroughly explain and document the process. Because of his attention to our needs, we now have an understanding of how to execute the program and why each step is important. In many cases we’re handed a program with instructions to click this and then that, but never fully understand the entirety of the process. Andrew answered all of our questions promptly and patiently. He definitely went above and beyond, and we could not be more satisfied with the end result.”

  • Erica Williams, Financial Operations & Reporting Manager, UA System Office

“I came to OIT with a question regarding the help desk system. When assigning a ticket to myself I wanted the ticket to flow in a way where I could then assign tickets to my team.  Latonya worked diligently to create a solution.  The staff, especially Latonya, was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable of the system. I am thankful for all her work! We now have a more efficient and productive workflow.”
