Our Mission:
The Office of Information Technology’s Project Management Office (PMO) cultivates campus partnerships by providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction throughout the course, and completion, of OIT projects.
About Us:
OIT project managers coordinate OIT’s projects that serve The University of Alabama. Our team works diligently to ensure that the delivery of a project meets or exceeds customer expectations. We strive for process excellence while improving project management processes. We capture and communicate benefits as well as any positive/negative change to the business resulting from the project. Additionally, our team ensures compliance of a project by following security, communication and regulatory requirements as part of the deliverable of the project results. Our project managers are responsible for managing projects that directly involve OIT personnel, services and/or resources.
