Visit the Revvity Signals Website, and scroll down to The University of Alabama. To obtain the latest version, click the link “click here to register using your Alabama email address.” Complete the new user registration by filling out the form, and inserting UA’s Account ID, and then click register. Only emails ending with “crimson.ua.edu” or “ua.edu” will be accepted. Please contact the IT Service Desk if your UA email address is not accepted.
In a few minutes, you will receive an email from Revvity Signals with a download and activation link. You must first set a password before being able to access the download. Once you login with your new password, you will be able to see the files available for download.
After installing the software, you may be prompted for an activation code. The activation code for UA is available alongside our Account ID. After this information is submitted, you will be able to activate and download the software.
Lab admins can follow the instructions above to install the software on lab machines.
No cost to current faculty, staff and students on University and personally-owned machines.
This software is licensed for use on both personal and University-owned machines and devices.
The University’s campus-wide agreement is for an unlimited number of licenses and is funded by the College of Arts & Sciences, the Chemistry department, the Biology department and University Libraries.
This product works on both Microsoft Windows and OS X, but please note that some products in the suite are Windows only.
