Contacting the IT Service Desk

Please be ready to provide your myBama username, your phone number, your campus location, your device type, and a description of your issue. If you are calling about campus WIFI, please be prepared to provide your MAC address. Appointments are welcome during normal operating hours, and we also take calls 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. To contact us after normal operating hours, call 855-474-3860.

Visiting the IT Service Desk

Once you’ve established your appointment, please visit 125 Gordon Palmer Hall. You’ll see an awning “IT Service Desk” on the north side of the building that faces the parking lot. Please knock and our IT Service Desk staff will grant you access. A mask is required to enter the IT Service Desk. Our staff will ask you to sanitize your hands and equipment as we meet with you at the intake station. If you need to alter or cancel an appointment, please refer to the appointment confirmation email.
