We’ve strived to make Duo user-friendly for UA students, faculty and staff. If you have forgotten your device, or you need temporary Duo bypass codes, you can use our self service page to generate custom codes. Please note that these codes do expire after 72 hours, and each code can be used only once. Follow our step-by-step guide below to obtaining your own Duo bypass codes.
Step 1
Visit our self service page. Enter your myBama user name and password, click the recaptcha and then click next page.
Step 2
You will then be asked to provide additional information so that we can verify your identity. Once you have filled out these fields, click Next Page.
Step 3
You will then be given a list of ten Duo access codes. These codes expire after 72 hours, and each code can be used only once.
