OIT Security recommends the Duo Push notification as the preferred Duo authentication method; however, other options are available. When authenticating with Duo, click the link for Other Options.
After clicking Other options, you will see options for Push, passcode, text message, bypass codes and the option to manage your devices. Please select your preferred method. Passcodes can be retrieved from the Duo mobile app.
