Frequently Asked Questions

My department has been using MailChimp or Constant Contact for email marketing. Do we have to switch to Emma?

UA’s mass email policy states faculty and staff must use one of the approved platforms for mass communications. If your department is sending mass emails (emails containing 50 or more recipients) to email addresses outside of UA, then you must use one of the approved tools. Emma is similar to MailChimp and other third-party email marketing vendors.
