Origin is a scientific graphing and data analysis application that can be used to create visual representations for statistics and data. Learn more on the OriginLab website.
How to Obtain Origin
Eligible users can download software files and obtain the necessary serial number by following the link below. The serial number must be entered during installation. Users must be connected to the UA network to run Origin. Users may borrow a license to use off of the UA network for up to six days. Instructions for obtaining that license are available through the download link.
ELIGIBILITY AND COST
No cost for students, faculty, or staff on both personal and University-owned machines.
LICENSING INFORMATION
This software is licensed for use on both personal and University-owned machines and devices.
The University has an unlimited site license for Origin. Funding for this agreement is provided by MINT, the Office of Vice President for Research and Economic Development, College of Arts and Sciences, and College of Engineering.
